Russell

Never judge a book by it’s cover is a saying that applies most clearly to Russell. My first impression of Russell is that he is a highly introverted person, but after further investigation Russell is clearly highly outspoken about numerous topics. Graphic design is Russell’s main passion here at Ohio University, which is why we visited the computer lab in the fine arts building by Hudson Health center. It is ironic that Russell spends most of his time near Hudson Health Center because he was born and raised in Hudson Ohio. At Hudson High School, Russell was both a standout member in the band while showing his athletic prowess during heated indoor soccer matches. It is obvious that Russell’s eventual career of graphic design will lead him to larger states. His ideal states would be California, Colorado or Oregon all of which being leaders in the graphic design industry. Colorado seems to be the best fit for Russell in the future because of his second passion of snowboarding. Russell’s outspoken and wild nature brought him to try something that not many people have accomplished. His passion for snowboarding led him to try heli-boarding, which is a top extreme sport in America today.

Graphic design is a major that not many people have the capabilities to do, but Russell certainly does. The steady hands and creativity necessary to become a good graphic designer are difficult to come by and Russell seems to have the right pieces to complete the puzzle for success in the graphic design industry. Russell’s introverted appearance mixed with his extroverted personality is rare to come by and I believe that it will lead to ultimate success in all ventures Russell decides to undertake.
